Back by popular demand! Join John Singleton to discover how you can be the very best you can be! When we understand what we want, how to get it and feel the “why” behind it, we can commit to ourselves and become the person we want to be.

We are guided by our values and our goals.

We are distracted by those shiny things that remove our interest and curiosity.

When we understand what we want, how to go get it and feel the “why” behind it, we are able to commit to ourselves and the future selves we want to be.

We will review:

·       Using the controls we have … making our choices

·       Understanding why we make choices and how to control ourself

·       Creating a ritual to avoid being distracted

·       Gaining self control of ourselves

·       Using self control to support ourselves … getting off our own auto pilot

·       Tools to keep your values and goals in focus

·       Some methods to refocus or recalibrate

Learning Outcomes:

  •  Tools to keep your values and goals in focus
