FAQ

Q. How do I register for the conference?

A. We have made it easy for you - follow the instructions here

Q. What do I need to attend a virtual conference?

A. To attend you will need a stable internet connection, access to Zoom on either your computer or phone.  You will be emailed a link shortly after registering that will direct you through the steps of downloading Zoom to your device.

Q. Can I interact with others and ask questions during the virtual conference?

A. Yes, for sure!  There will be chatrooms enabled for each event and discussion boards throughout the conference for you to add your comments. Moderators will be watching for your questions and comments and will inform the Keynote Speakers during the presentation.

Q. When will the conference take place?

A. March 26th and 27th - beginning at 9:00am - 3:30pm. You will be able to virtually 'pop in and out' of the conference at your convenience. 

Q. What are the costs of this conference?

A. With thanks to our generous funders, Taking Care of Business members (Gold and Red Leaf) tickets have been sponsored.

If you are not a member of the Taking Care of Business program, there are two options to get your ticket today. 

1. If your business is one of the participating regions, you can become a member and have your ticket sponsored. 

2. If your business is outside of the participating regions, you can purchase your ticket to attend. 

Q. When I register for the conference, will I receive an email to join in?

        A. Yes, once you have registered, you will receive an email with your login details (This may take a day or two). 

  1. Once you have your login, it's time to create your profile and take a tour of Whova (the platform for the conference). 
  2. Once you have completed your profile, you will receive an occasional email from Whova keeping you up to date with conference details. 

Q. Will the sessions be recorded?

A. Yes, all participants will have access to the recorded sessions. *You must register and create your profile to receive access to the recordings.
